HI ALL YOU AUTO ENTHUSIASTS…  The Rio Vista Lions Club is pleased to announce that on October 8, 2022, they will be sponsoring the Car Show at this year’s 74th Bass Derby & Festival, presented by the Rio Vista Chamber of Commerce.  We feel that our CAR SHOW is the best in Northern California.  Come spend the day in the beautiful City of Rio Vista and enjoy a car show and Pancake Breakfast (jointly sponsored with Rio Vista Fire Department Hot Shots).  Then stroll through the great food booths, exhibits and amusement rides for the children.  There is something to enjoy for everyone.  Trophy winners for the car show will be announced at 2:00pm and will parade down the Main Street.

Anglers are welcome to join in and enter the Bass Derby too!

For your $35 entry fee you will receive:

 

  • A free collectable poster to the first 200 entrants.
  • At 2:00pm on the day of our event (Saturday, October 8, 2022), all of the trophy winners will parade in their outstanding vehicles down Main Street, to be recognized and presented their individual trophy.

There are amusement rides for the kids, two blocks of food vendors and if there is an angler in the group, they can enter the Bass Derby.  A prize of over $3,000 goes to the person catching the target-sized bass.
