The Festival is open to everyone!
October 13, 14 and 15 are going to be busy days for families and anglers during the 75th Rio Vista Bass Derby & Festival, with a full roster of activities. Friday the fun starts with entertainment, arts and crafts, food, beverages and Kid Zone Bouncer houses. On Saturday enjoy the Lions Club and Rio Vista Fire Department Hot Shots pancake breakfast, before visiting the Lions Club Car Show, the Bake Sale and the Rummage Sale. If you and the kids aren’t too exhausted, there is an afternoon and evening of food, beverages, live music, a petting zoo, Bouncer houses, and even fireworks!
Sunday is when our hometown pride is seen in the old-fashioned parade. The theme this year is “Through The Years”. Then it’s on to the afternoon of music, arts and crafts, kid activities, and food before the Bass Derby awards ceremony at 4:00pm.
